How we handle your files

Every document you submit is handled with care. Here is what we do to protect it:

• Transferred over HTTPS — files travel encrypted between your browser and our servers.
• Stored on access-controlled infrastructure and never placed at a public URL.
• Deleted within 30 days of upload — automatic, no action required from you.
• Never sold, and never handed to anyone for their own purposes — only the infrastructure providers that run the service process them, under contract.
• Never used to train models or processed for any purpose beyond the verification you requested.

Access control

Verification is automated — no person reads your document to produce the report. The internal admin area of the operator is password-protected, and uploaded files are not accessible through any public link.
